The restaurant's noodles are available in a variety of styles and preparations, including rice noodle soup with pork ribs, Shanxi-style hand-ripped noodles with cumin lamb and stir-fried noodles with egg. There are also more than two dozen types of skewers featuring such proteins as tripe, squid, tofu and Taiwanese sausage.
Taste Of Northern China has gotten an enthusiastic response thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of 24 reviews on Yelp.

The lamb were perfectly marinated and the buns used for the burger were perfectly charred on the outside, while the noodles were perfectly cooked and extremely 'bouncy' when chewing it! This place will be a place I will be eating at often now."
