Taught by women for women, this workshop will cover scenarios you could encounter and how to defend against them. You will learn how to escape from grabs and restraints, what to do if you are taken to the ground, how to defend against strikes and valuable de-escalation techniques. There will be an opportunity to ask questions, so if there is something YOU want to see, let us know! Half of all proceeds will be donated to the Durham County Crisis Response Center. Ages 14 and up only.
