Seattle's health care industry is experiencing strong job growth. Local employers posted 284 new jobs over the past week and 608 in the last month, more than any other local industry, according to ZipRecruiter, a leading online employment marketplace.

The health care industry also came in second in terms of local employers adding new jobs. In the past month, 155 companies listed open jobs for Seattle-based workers in that area.

Top companies hiring locally in health care include TLC Travel Staff, LLC, ZOOM+Care and Downtown Emergency Service Center (DESC). According to a recent job opening posted by Downtown Emergency Service Center (DESC), "DESC works to end the homelessness of vulnerable people, particularly those living with serious mental illnesses or substance use disorders."

Jobs posted by TLC Travel Staff, LLC in the past month in Seattle included registered nurses, while ZOOM+Care was hiring massage therapists, physicians and nurse practitioners, and Downtown Emergency Service Center (DESC) sought managers and supervisors.
