1. Paul's Donuts Subs & Gyros
Topping the list is Paul's Donuts Subs & Gyros. Located at 1324 Hemphill St. in Southside, the cafe, which specializes in sandwiches, pastries and more, is the highest-rated low-cost bakery in Fort Worth, boasting 4.5 stars out of 119 reviews on Yelp.
