Milwaukee's health care industry is experiencing strong job growth. Local employers posted 238 new jobs over the past week and 756 in the last month, ranking second among local industries, according to ZipRecruiter, a leading online employment marketplace.

The health care sector also came in third in terms of local employers adding new jobs. In the past month, 154 companies listed open jobs for Milwaukee-based workers in that area.

One of the top employers hiring locally in health care is CareRev. Other top companies seeking local hires in the industry include Bria Health Services of Trinity Village. According to one of its recent job openings, "Compassionate, resident-centered care is the cornerstone of our services."

Jobs posted by CareRev in the past month in Milwaukee included registered nurses, medical assistants and certified nursing assistants, while Bria Health Services of Trinity Village was hiring registered nurses, technicians and certified nursing assistants, and Voca sought registered nurses, technicians and medical assistants.
