Authorities ID man fatally shot by Phoenix police in Buckeye

A man who was fatally shot by Phoenix police officers in Buckeye has been identified, authorities said Wednesday. They said 32-year-old Robert Musser was suspected of stealing a ride-share vehicle during a traffic stop and shooting at police Tuesday morning.
