A new pop-up restaurant, offering pizza, sandwiches and more, has opened for business in the neighborhood. The fresh addition to Ballard, called Serious TakeOut, is located at 5118 14th Ave. NW.

Serious TakeOut offers no-contact walk-up, pick up and delivery. The menu offers a variety of specialty pizzas, chicken wings, salads, beef sandwiches and more. You can also order beer and wine to-go. 

There's also a special Taco Tuesday pop-up menu that features tacos, nachos, churros and make-your-own margarita kits.  

The new pop-up restaurant has made a good impression thus far, with a four-star rating out of five reviews on Yelp.

Lisa J., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on April 23, wrote, "The promise of something other than home cooking and leftovers! The menu is fantastic and the prices are super reasonable."

Yelper Tim H. added, “While somewhat pricey relative to other takeout joints, the quality of the food and flavors are definitely worth the extra cost. They avoid cash for safety reasons, so have a card ready."
