Topping the list is Lakeside in the Wynn resort. Located at 3131 S. Las Vegas Blvd. on the Strip, it is the highest-rated high-end steakhouse in Las Vegas, boasting four stars out of 561 reviews on Yelp.

We looked there for an overview of Lakeside.

"Impeccably fresh fish, caught in Hawaiian waters, is the star of this dining room overlooking Wynn's Lake of Dreams," it states on its Yelp page.

"Chef David Walzog creates simple preparations to showcase [fish], alongside an exotic variety of oven-roasted lobster and crab and aged prime steaks," the restaurant says on its website. Ribeye, filet mignon, New York strip and Tomahawk steaks are among the options.

2. T-Bones Chophouse

Next up is T-Bones Chophouse, situated at 11011 W. Charleston Blvd. in Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa in Summerlin. With four stars out of 542 reviews on Yelp, it has proved to be a local favorite for those looking to indulge.

We turned there for more about T-Bones.

"Providing guests of Red Rock Casino & Las Vegas residents with amazing food that is a fusion of Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese and Japanese dishes," the business states on its Yelp profile. "If you are looking for a twist on the ordinary, then we have just what you are craving."

As to what the business is known for, "A modern interpretation of the classic American chophouse, T-Bones features USDA Prime dry-aged beef, an excellent selection of the freshest seafood, creative sides and comfortingly decadent desserts," it states on Yelp.

3. Herbs & Rye

Herbs & Rye, located at 3713 W. Sahara Ave., is another top choice, with Yelpers giving the fancy steakhouse and cocktail bar 4.5 stars out of 1,852 reviews.

The site has lots more information about Herbs & Rye.

"Tucked inside an unsuspecting building on West Sahara Avenue, this relatively new addition to the scene mixes up a range of cocktails in a handsome, galley-like setting," the business says on its Yelp profile. "Meanwhile, the adjacent parlor-like dining room takes bar food to the next level with a full steakhouse menu."

Curious about who's behind the business?

"Old Vegas and classic cocktails go hand-in-hand at Herbs & Rye, the restaurant and lounge owned and operated by Nectaly Mendoza, who made a name for himself as a mixology pioneer at several top-tier eateries," the business states on Yelp. "Today, Mendoza is earning raves for this off-Strip joint that serves drinks the old-fashioned way, with homemade mixers, fresh fruit and pre-Prohibition revelry."

Regarding signature items, "Specializing in the craft of the cocktail with all hand-pressed juices, a large selection of great spirits, house-made bitters, etc.," it notes on Yelp. "Excellent Italian cuisine, steaks, chops and Tuscan flatbread ... ."
