The temporary pop-up is made up of two mini restaurant concepts — Rock City Pizza Co., specializing in square Detroit-style pizza, and Bang Bang Chicken, which offers Thai comfort food. Customers have the option to donate a pizza or an order of chicken and rice to first responders ($6 and $8 respectively), and the pop-up also sells ramen kits, bottled cocktails and sake for delivery.
