Topping the list is Espresso a Mano. Located at 3623 Butler St. in Lower Lawrenceville, the spot to score coffee and tea and more is the highest-rated inexpensive coffee spot in Pittsburgh, boasting 4.5 stars out of 343 reviews on Yelp. 

This coffee shop, which also boasts a location in Squirrel Hill, offers drinks like espresso, hot chocolate and chai lattes, along with pastries and biscuits. 

2. Big Dog Coffee

Southside Flats's Big Dog Coffee, located at 2717 Sarah St., is another top choice, with Yelpers giving the inexpensive spot to score desserts and coffee and tea 4.5 stars out of 290 reviews.
