A new eatery and bar, offering breakfast, brunch, salads and more, has made its debut in the neighborhood. The fresh addition to North Arlington, called The Biscuit Bar, can be found at 1707 N. Collins St., Suite 101.

The Biscuit Bar, which has multiple outposts across the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area, serves up Southern-style biscuit sandwiches, tater tots and a diverse selection of beverages on-tap, as noted on its website. On the menu, expect to see items like a biscuit with house-made sausage gravy, a grilled chicken biscuit sandwich, southern fried chicken with biscuit French toast, fully loaded tater tots, assorted salads and brunch cocktails.

With a 4.5-star rating out of 29 reviews on Yelp so far, The Biscuit Bar's latest outlet is well on its way to developing a local fan base.

Joe B., who was among the first Yelpers to review the newcomer on May 30, wrote, "The food [at The Biscuit Bar] is awesome. I love the Hot Hot Chicken with a scrabbled egg added. [So] good."

And Flo T. added, "Absolutely delicious! I tried The Hoss [biscuit], and the next day I had the Monte Cristo. Both delicious and very filling. ... The quality of the meats on both are fantastic, and the honey butter on The Hoss is to die for. I am very happy with both of my choices, and can't wait to come back for more."

Head on over to check it out: The Biscuit Bar is open from 8 a.m.–9 p.m. on Monday-Thursday and Sunday and 8 a.m.–10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
