In a disturbing incident, a man has been arrested and charged with battery and hate crimes in Alameda, California after allegedly targeting two men of Latino descent. Jahary Davis, 31, is accused of shouting racial slurs and throwing pennies at the victims as they sat outside a Park St. bar, according to a tweet by Henry Lee KTVU.
