Hayward Havoc: Road Rage Gunfire Turns Pizzeria into Crash Scene

A shocking display of violence unfolded in Hayward, California, as a road rage incident between two vehicles ended with gunshots being fired, leading to a car crashing into a Round Table Pizza restaurant according to NBC Bay Area.

The scene took place on Foothill Boulevard, involving a white sedan and a truck traveling southbound. The heated exchange reached a boiling point when passengers from the sedan began shooting at the driver of the truck as reported by SFGATE. In response to the gunfire, the truck driver took defensive action, which caused the shooter's vehicle to lose control and crash headfirst into the nearby pizza parlor.

As the dust settled, the individuals in the car fled the scene on foot, leaving behind their mangled vehicle as evidence of the chaos that had just transpired. The truck driver, who was not injured in the incident, remained at the location and cooperated fully with authorities.

Fortunately, it is believed that there were no injuries sustained by either party involved in the incident, nor any potential bystanders caught in the line of fire or affected by the car crash. The police investigation is ongoing, with efforts to locate and apprehend the suspects responsible for this brazen and dangerous act.

Despite the damage sustained, the Round Table Pizza restaurant was still open for business according to KRON4.
