Ice Cream Man Heist Melts Down: Armed Robbers Strike in Oakland

An ice cream truck was held up at gunpoint by armed robbers near E. 18th & 40th Ave. in Oakland. The suspects then fled the scene in a Ford Edge, leaving behind a chilling crime scene and a community on edge. Henry K.
