A 20-month-old infant was found unresponsive in a swimming pool at the 3000 block of Chrisland Court on Wednesday, according to the city of Concord. Authorities were immediately called to the scene, with officers performing life-saving measures, including CPR until the arrival of paramedics.
The child was quickly transported to a nearby hospital, where she is still receiving medical care. At this time, the condition of the child is unknown.
