On July 27, a tragic event unraveled in the pre-dawn hours near 7th Avenue and International Boulevard, Oakland. A person was found dead, seemingly the victim of a murder. The Oakland Police Department (OPD) has turned to the people it serves, seeking help in identifying a person of interest in this homicide case.
According to the OPD's official release, the department hopes that by circulating the potential suspect's images, a community member will come forward with crucial information.
