BPD is asking for the public's assistance in identifying a suspect in connection with a breaking and entering/larceny that occurred on August 15, 2023, in Downtown Boston.
According to the BPD report, at around 7:28 PM, a white male wearing a Boston Bruins hat, blue/white/black plaid long sleeve shirt, blue pants, and brown shoes attempted to break into a property near 100 Hanover Street in the Downtown district.
The detectives assigned to District A-1 are actively investigating the matter and seeking the public's help in tracing the individual captured in the images provided.
Furthermore, the BPD has reminded the public that they can assist in this investigation anonymously. The police department acknowledges the importance of protecting the identities of those willing to provide useful information without compromising their confidentiality.
