The OPD reported that Wilson-Williams was last seen on August 4, 2023, around 5:00 PM in the 800 block of Campbell Street in Oakland, California.

Terri'nae Wilson-Williams is described as a Black and Hispanic female, standing at 5'5" and weighing approximately 126 pounds, with dark brown hair and brown eyes. When last seen, she was wearing an orange shirt featuring Pokemon and grey-black sweatpants. According to the family, Wilson-Williams has been diagnosed with epilepsy and partial blindness, which adds to their concern for her well-being and safety.
