Today, Drevon Grant was charged with four felony counts of armed robbery with a firearm by the Chicago Police Department (CPD).
Grant, a 25-year-old Dunlap, Illinois resident, allegedly committed multiple armed robbery incidents earlier on September 25, targeting victims ranging from 56 to 63 years old and retail businesses in various locations across the city, according to the Chicago Police Department.
He was arrested in the 8000 Block of S. Carpenter St. at 2:20pm.
The suspect remains in police custody, and a detention hearing is scheduled for today, September 27.
