Furthermore, in January and February 2022, he is alleged to have distributed and possessed with intent to distribute 40 grams or more of fentanyl.

If convicted on these federal charges, the young man faces a potential sentence of up to five years in prison, up to three years of supervised release, and a fine of up to $250,000 for illegally receiving a firearm as stated in to U.S. Attorney's Office, District of Massachusetts. As for the distribution and possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, a sentence of at least five years and up to 40 years in prison, at least four years and up to a lifetime of supervised release, and a fine of $5 million may be levied against him

Ferguson, Special Agent in Charge of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives, Boston Field Division, announced the indictment today. Local law enforcement agencies, including the Brockton, Taunton, Whitman, West Bridgewater, East Bridgewater, Bridgewater, and Bridgewater State University Police Departments, have contributed to this case besides the Cape and Islands District Attorney’s Office and the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office, forming a united front against the proliferation of such dangerous activitie as reported by U.S. Attorney's Office, District of Massachusetts.
