Duyen Nguyen, a 77-year-old woman, vanished from her San Jose home on September 18.
The California Highway Patrol issued a Silver Alert for Nguyen, urging people to be on the lookout for her and to call 9-1-1 if she is spotted, as per the San Jose Police Media Relations tweet.
