Yesterday, Boston police apprehended Jerome Hairston, 54, in connection with an outstanding warrant for rape and strangulation or suffocation, according to a Boston Police Department press release. Hairston was arrested near Eustis Street and Prescott Street by the Youth Violence Strike Force.
The suspect is expected to appear in Suffolk Superior Court, according to the Boston Police Department's press release.
