Earlier today, in Boston, Jacob Pimentel, 31, pleaded guilty to four counts of bank robbery, according to the United States Department of Justice.
Pimentel was indicted by a federal grand jury in August 2022, and between April and May of that year, he robbed four banks in the greater Boston area, as reported by the Department of Justice.
Aspiring to obtain more than $6,000, his targets included the TD Bank branch in Allston, the TD Bank branch in Brighton, the Santander Bank branch in Brookline, and the TD Bank branch in Cambridge.
The consequences of Pimentel's actions now rest with the U.S. District Court Judge Patti B. Saris.
