Yesterday, September 26, a fifteen-year-old male juvenile was charged with aggravated vehicular hijacking involving the use of a firearm, as reported in a Chicago Police Department press release.
The young offender, arrested in the 900 block of W. 68th St., allegedly carjacked a 49-year-old female rideshare driver just an hour before his arrest.
The young offender is now placed into custody and charged accordingly.
