Earlier today, the Lowell Police Department shared on their Facebook page that Nang Doung, a 30-year-old male, is missing. He was last seen in the area of Pawtucket Boulevard at approximately 9:00 a.m. Doung is described as 5'10", 125 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes, last seen wearing brown or dark red pants, an orange shirt, and a black leather jacket. The authorities have urged anyone with information regarding Doung's whereabouts to call 911 or 978-937-3200.
