Yesterday, September 26, a 38-year-old man was walking on the sidewalk in the 7100 block of S. Laflin in Chicago when a dark colored SUV approached.
The occupants of the vehicle opened fire, striking the man in his left arm, according to the Chicago Police Department.
The victim, whose identity remains undisclosed, was promptly transported to Christ Medical Center in fair condition.
As of now, no person, is in custody and detectives from the Area One division are investigating the case.
