Yesterday, September 10, Boston Police officers assigned to District E-18 in Hyde Park recovered a loaded firearm following a distress call.
The suspect, 40-year-old Oscar Haley, had allegedly brandished the weapon during a heated argument.
According to the report by the Boston Police Department, after arriving at the scene and conducting a pat frisk, officers found a black semi-automatic pistol in Haley's left pocket.
The Hi-Point CF380 was loaded with a magazine containing seven rounds of ammunition, culminating in a set of charges filed against the suspect.
Haley now faces counts of carrying a loaded firearm without a license, assault with a dangerous weapon, and possession of ammunition without an FID Card.
