Kuznar was last seen leaving her residence in the 4300 block of West Henderson Ave on September 24, 2023. The CPD is requesting anyone with information to contact Area 5 Detectives at (312) 746-6554, according to the official bulletin released.
Zuzanna Kuznar is described as a white female, weighing approximately 130 pounds with blue eyes, blond hair, and fair complexion. She was last seen wearing a t-shirt and shorts. Born on December 3, 2006, her sudden disappearance has left family, friends, and the wider community on edge, rallying together, in search of answers.
