A 17-year-old female juvenile offender was charged with aggravated vehicular hijacking and aggravated battery against a 62-year-old male victim in Chicago.
The young offender was arrested by the Vehicular Hijacking Task Force on Wednesday, September 13th, according to the Chicago Police Department.
According to details provided by the Chicago Police Department, the offender battered and forcefully took the vehicle from the elderly victim in broad daylight on September 5th.
