
Two juvenile offenders have been charged with aggravated vehicular hijacking.
The victims – a 66-year-old male – was preyed upon by two young males, aged 14 and 16, yesterday, September 24, in the 7400 block of N. Rogers Ave., Chicago according to the Chicago Police Department.
The alleged carjacking unfolded swiftly. Armed with a gun, the suspects forcibly commandeered the senior citizen’s vehicle with no consideration for his well being.
Mere hours after the incident, the two were apprehended and charged with one felony count each of vehicular hijacking and one misdemeanor count of criminal trespass to vehicle/physical control by the Chicago Police.
