What began as a motor vehicle crash involving a moped in Cambridge on August 31st quickly escalated into a broader criminal investigation, resulting in the arrest of a 19-year-old male. Amaneale Reda was taken into custody by Cambridge Police after his involvement in the crash at the intersection of Harvard Street and Windsor Street. Subsequent inquiries have exposed a myriad of illegal activities and possessions.

Reda, a Cambridge resident, has received numerous charges as a result of this incident.

Among these are the possession of a large capacity firearm and possession of a large capacity feeding device. Furthermore, Reda was found to be operating without proper documentation, committing several moped violations in the process, including an alleged one-way violation, helmet violation, unlicensed operation, and operating to endanger.

In addition to the above, Reda is charged with possession of firearm or ammunition without a valid Firearms Identification Card (FID Card), another significant violation.

The circumstances begin to appear even more severe when considering that Reda is accused of receiving stolen property worth more than $1200 and also possession of alcohol under the age of 21.
