The incident transpired on July 16, 2023, in the 4200 block of W. Washington Blvd., which falls under the jurisdiction of the 11th District.
Lopez, who resides at the 7500 block of N. Bell in Chicago, Illinois, faces one felony count of first-degree murder and four felony counts of attempted first-degree murder as reported by the Chicago Police Department.
Details regarding the shooting reveal the unfortunate outcome of a 40-year-old woman losing her life, while four other victims, including a 38-year-old female, a 38-year-old male, a 39-year-old male, and a 42-year-old male, endured physical injuries.
