Family members, friends, and community members join together in the search for 64-year-old Federico Padilla.
According to a Chicago Police Department report, Padilla was last seen leaving Insight Hospital on the 2600 Block of South Michigan Ave on September 8th, 2023, and has not been heard from since.
Federico Padilla, a white Hispanic man, is described as a 5-feet-4-inches, weighing 230 pounds with hazel eyes and grey hair. He has a tattoo on his inner forearm bearing the names Jesus, Martina, and Ignacio.
Although much is still shrouded in uncertainty, authorities have advised that Padilla is known to frequent McGuane Park, which is located on the 2900 block of South Poplar/Halsted St.
The Chicago Police Department has urged citizens not only to be alert and vigilant but also compassionate and empathetic.
