A rideshare driver experienced a harrowing ordeal in Garfield Park, Chicago, when he was carjacked at gunpoint by a group of men yesterday.
According to CBS News, the 32-year-old driver was in his 2019 Nissan hatchback on the 3300 block of West Carroll when four men approached his vehicle, forcing him out at gunpoint. The group of suspects fled the scene in the abducted vehicle.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported, but the suspects are still at large, and no one is in custody.
The Chicago Police Department has Area Four detectives actively investigating the case.
