
Yesterday, the Gilmore Bridge which connects Charlestown and Cambridge, became the site of a possible road-rage-fueled shooting incident, with the investigation leading to a temporary closure of the bridge according to NBC Boston.
Massachusetts State Police and Cambridge police have been working together, delving into the troubling occurrence, as reported by WCVB.
Police initially received the report around 7:40 p.m., which led to an investigation, and shell casings and broken glass were discovered at the scene per NBC Boston.
Although no victims have been found as of now, it is believed that two vehicles were involved in the altercation according to NECN. As the investigation continued, the bridge was reopened to traffic a few hours later.
