As reported earlier today, San Diego resident, Romeo Liwanag, vanished from the 6900 block of Alcona Street yesterday. This 89-year-old Filipino man, described as 5'7" and around 130 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes, was last seen walking away from his home, according to the San Diego Police Department's Facebook post. Fears are growing for Romeo, who suffers from medical conditions that render him At Risk.
On the day of his disappearance, Romeo was last seen wearing an unknown color jacket and blue jeans, around 12:30 p.m.
In an effort to help the search, the San Diego Police Department Communications Division has asked for any information related to Romeo's whereabouts to be reported by calling 619-531-2000 and referencing Case #23-502209. Details on this case can also be found in their recent Facebook post.
