Yesterday, a Southbridge man, Christopher Williams, was sentenced to one year in prison followed by two years of supervised release for distributing methamphetamine in the area, according to the U.S. Department of Justice,
As stated in the the U.S. Department of Justice website, Williams pleaded guilty in September 2021 to one count of distribution of a mixture and substance containing methamphetamine and one count of distribution of 50 grams or more of a mixture and substance containing methamphetamine.
In January 2021, Williams sold multiple ounces of the drug to an undercover officer in Southbridge for $4,500, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
