After contacting the driver, identified as 35-year-old Austin Roberts of Santa Rosa, CA, the investigation revealed that the vehicle had been reported stolen in Santa Rosa.

Roberts was subsequently arrested for violation of possession of stolen vehicle. Officers are currently conducting further investigation to determine if Austin may be involved in other thefts or burglaries and to potentially reveal any accomplices or a more extensive crime network.
