Jobe Santiago, a 14-year-old from Lawrence, has been charged with Angie Aristy's murder.
Aristy's life was cut short on September 6 at a home on Howard Street, according to MassLive. The following week, Jobe Santiago was apprehended for her tragic death.
According to the CBS News report, Essex District Attorney Paul Tucker announced that Santiago had been "tracked down and arrested" earlier this week.
Aristy's family, still in the throes of processing her untimely passing, is faced with more jarring news: Another juvenile, in connection with her fatal shooting, has been arrested and charged with assault with intent to rob.
Santiago's arraignment was set for September 14 at Lawrence District Court, with the Boston 25 News report indicating that he will be charged as an adult. Meanwhile, the second suspect's fate lies with Lawrence Juvenile Court.
