Patrick Simmons, a 52-year-old resident of the Englewood community, has been missing since Wednesday, September 19. Last seen wearing a plain white t-shirt and light colored sweatpants, the desperation to find Simmons has only intensified since his disappearance was announced yesterday.
According to the Chicago Police Department's bulletin, he vanished from the 7100 block of South Winchester Avenue.
As noted by the official bulletin released by the Chicago Police Department, anyone with information related to Patrick Simmons' disappearance are urged to contact the Area One Detectives-SVU office at 312-747-8380 or dial 911.
