Earlier today, a tragic event unfolded on Chicago's South Side. According to the Chicago Police Department, two teenage males—one just 14 years old and the other a 17-year-old—fell victim to an unknown gunman around 3:07 a.m. on 2100 block of E. 75th St.
Both boys were transported to Comer Children's Hospital; the younger with a gunshot wound to his back, while the other, in critical condition, sustained multiple gunshot wounds throughout his body. As of now, no one has been taken into custody, and Area Two detectives are vigorously investigating the scene.
There is no one in custody and Area Two detectives are investigating.
