Law enforcement agencies keep pushing tirelessly to solve cold cases, perching communities on the brink of justice. According to a report yesterday from the San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) is actively seeking public help to crack a 2011 homicide case and is proposing a $100,000 reward for information directly leading to an arrest.
The case in focus took place on July 11, 2011, in the 500 block of Hayes Street where a shooting resulted in the unfortunate death of a 20-year-old man. Though considerable time has slipped past, the SFPD is determined to solve the case, reopen the file and see justice served, aiming to bring closure to the victim's family and community.
