Charles "Charley" Downs, a 90-year-old man, has been reported missing in the Chicago area. A Chicago Police Department bulletin stated that Downs was last seen on October 28 at 11:00 p.m. wearing a red shirt with a tree graphic, his surname "Downs," and gray sweatpants.
Police said that Downs was last seen on the 1300 block of West Marquette Rd. The report describes him to be around 5-feet-nine-inches tall, 140 pounds, with brown eyes, black hair and a medium complexion. As officers coordinate the search, the community has also joined in, helping to spread the alert about the missing man.
