Desiree (Lisa) Huey has been reported missing by the Alameda Police Department last seen in the 2200 block of San Antonio Avenue, on Saturday, October 14, just after 8:00 am.
The family member who last spoke to Mrs. Huey, dressed likely in a navy blue jacket, black pants, and high black leather boots, mentioned a plan for a short walk around 10:00 a.m. the same day, per the Alameda Police Department. Following her sudden absence, local residents are urged to assist with information or review their security footage in an ongoing search.
Throughout the week following Huey's disappearance, the police department's information releases have shown the community's collaborative search efforts. Community members have been providing tips and volunteering their time in an effort to help find Huey.
