On October 27, near Ocean View Elementary School, local authorities apprehended two individuals in possession of a stolen vehicle. The Albany Police Department received a report of a suspicious vehicle located in the school's parking lot and subsequently responded, according to the news alert.
With the support of the University of California Police Department and the Kensington Police Department, officers swiftly secured the area.
