Earlier today, a couple was discovered participating in a sex act inside an MBTA elevator at the State Street station in Boston.
Their provocation prompted a swift response from law enforcement. The couple was arrested not only for their public display, but also on outstanding warrants.
These warrants included charges for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, breaking and entering, and assault and battery on a police officer, as reported by Boston 25 News.
According to the reports by Boston.com, transit police quickly responded to the situation around 10 p.m., making arrests after finding out about the outstanding warrants.
