On October 23, the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston witnessed a disturbing incident. According to the Boston Police Department, an unidentified suspect, a Hispanic male dressed in an orange t-shirt and blue jeans, committed an indecent assault around 5:45 p.m. near Tremont St. and Hammond St. Detectives from the Sexual Assault Unit are currently handling the case.

The released information mentions tattoos on the suspect's forearms, but investigators are yet to determine the significance.
