
The Boston community is reflecting on the fallout of a recent shooting on Ames Street in Dorchester. Gianni Johnson, 24, has been charged, while another suspect, Micah Ennis, remains at large according to Boston Police Department.
Both face counts of Assault to Murder, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, and Discharging a Firearm within 500 feet of a building. The event, occurring on September 17, resulted in five injuries, including two children according to Boston Police Deparment.
Boston Police Commissioner Michael Cox says, "We commend the residents of our City who are fed up with these reckless deeds, and the incredible work of our Homicide Unit." according to Boston Police Department
