On October 2nd, the Area 5 Homicide Support Team and Area 5 Area Technology Center apprehended a suspect in a homicide case in Chicago's Cragin neighborhood. As publicized through a tweet by the Chicago Police Department, the suspect was implicated in the fatal assault of a 55-year-old during a robbery.
A homicide offender was arrested on October 2nd due to the diligent work of the Area 5 Homicide Support Team and Area 5 Area Technology Center. The suspect is now charged with First Degree Murder and Armed Robbery.
