Yesterday, two men, 19 and 28, were fired upon near the 2300 block of S California Ave at 11:14 p.m.
A white sedan drove up to the victims while they were walking, and a currently unidentified individual shot at them, as reported by the Chicago Police Department.
Both victims endured gunshot injuries, the 19-year-old hit in his left foot and the older man suffering wounds to his left hand and right leg. They were transported to the Mt. Sinai hospital where they are expected to recover fully.
As for the investigation, no arrests have been made, however, detectives from Area Four are actively investigating.
